February 16th, 09 - We have a new skin called "Wild At Heart." Check it out! I'm very fond of the banner, but the colors on the layout I am not a big fan of. :/ If you have any suggestions for colors to change, please tell me and I will try it out. :)

February 7th, 09 - Hello members of TFC! The January Activity Check is over and all of the members that were not on the safe list were deleted. If you wish to continue role playing, please sign up again. ^^ The next Activity Check will probably take place next month. I know I have been in-and-out of the site and I realize how aggravating that probably is. Please understand that I really am trying, but things in real life are my first priority. Since I am not a computer myself and have a life. ;] So hang in tight and I'm positive we can make this place fantastic again!

January 2nd, 09 - Welcome to the New Year! With the New Year I have decided to revamp The Fifth Clan and make it open to the public once more! How exciting. x3 If you adopted Mistypool's characters a long time back, you get to keep 'em. Yay! :D Also, staff members keep their positions unless you decide not to come back. I will send out a notification of this update via E-mail. All role playing posts have been sent to the Archives board. If you would like to retrieve them, please message me and I will put them back. ;)

August 12th, 08 - The "sudden ban" is no more. The matter was dealt with and there aren't as many characters up for adoption anymore. If you adopted one of Mistypool's characters, they will be returned to Mistypool as promised to her. No exceptions.

August 7th, 08 - Due to a sudden ban on TFC, there are now a lot of characters in the Adopting-Out boards. I encourage you to look through them and perhaps find one that sounds like one you'd want instead of making a new character when we already have so many needing to be adopted. You are still allowed to make brand new characters, but it is discouraged at the moment.

July 19th, 08 - Today I took the time to add a whole bunch of new codes. I worked on them from midnight to 4 AM. Please take the time to go to the "Information and Announcements" board and look at the thread called "Code Updates." There are more miscellaneous codes than that, but those are the main ones that will involve other members' attention. This is important information and it will help you.

July 7th, 08 - I am very proud to say we have added a new member to our moderation team! Welcome Canidae who was accepted as a mod. There are only four newbie helper positions left as far as staff goes. I thank Canidae for her new banner and affiliate button which will be added to the Donations ASAP.

June 29th, 08 - I am sad to say that by today only a few members will be saved from being deleted from the Activity Check. Because of this great loss, I ask that many people advertise as much as they can. Advertisement banners and affiliate banners will soon be posted on one thread.

June 21st, 08 - As of now there is a new place kittypets can go - the park! If you're a kittypet, you need to watch out for dogs though! Luckily those mongrels are kept on leashes by their housefolk.

June 16th, 08 - Since this is the beginning of the site anyone is privileged to make an already deceased StarClan cat. It may be the previous leader, previous medicine cat, a kit, whatever you want. As a StarClan cat you have the privilege of visiting cats in their dreams and sending prophecies and omens. Occassionally you can appear to them in waking life. If you choose to be a deceased leader it does not count as one of your powerful position uses.

Season: Leaf-Bare Season Change: New-Leaf; March 13th Weather: Leaf-Bare is harsh. Hardly any prey is about and you could starve through these moons. However, it seems like StarClan is on your side because day by day is gets warmer and the sun comes out. New-Leaf is approaching!		Away: Nobody is away at this time. If you are leaving for a trip or quitting please say so in the Away board which is in a sub-board under Activity Checks.
